    Flooring looks excellent down.

Flooring looks excellent down. Worth choosing victorian era matt floor tiles, as it feels so solid, quality feel. Tiles are nicely randomised in the packs so a little less effort in laying. Different pattern without too much thought, although still need to keep an eye on it as your lengths may span a pack or two. Still, nice touch and helps when laying. For diyers, make sure you have a multi tool to cut architrave up for the floor to fit under (doors etc). And REMOVE THE SKIRTING BOARD before you lay. A decent floor will look pants if you use Scotia or beading, trust me. Don't know how this will wear, but it seems pretty good from experience. Top marks from me. It's gone down well. No unusable boards, looks expensive beyond its cost. Seriously no complaints and I just fitted it to the world's most awkward hallway. Will buy again. Buy British it seems is the key!! Good stuff. Very happy with purchase.
