For next day delivery orders – all goods must be currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 1pm.
We will then aim to deliver items on the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradesmen based on the estimated delivery dates.
We have a dedicated Trade Team who are available by email (support@tilesdeluxe.co.uk) and phone. They handle everything from small local businesses to international property developments, and will help guide you with everything from discounts, sourcing alternative or difficult to find items, delivery schedules and even price matching.
Our standard delivery option will normally take between 4 and 5 working days to arrive.
Larger pallet deliveries will be dispatched from our warehouse, after which the courier will call you to confirm a suitable date. UPS deliveries, for smaller boxes and parcels will be dispatched, and at this point you will receive a tracking code via email.
All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. Entering your postcode into the ‘Calculate Delivery’ form within the checkout will provide you with further information. Regarding orders which contain numerous items, only one shipping fee will be charged based on the total weight of the goods.
We use a selection of couriers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service and price for your selected delivery type, including Royal Mail, UPS, Sovereign, and DX Freight.
Besides delivering to mainland UK destinations, we also offer international deliveries. We regularly ship goods to various parts of the World including Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia, Australia, and New Zealand.
If you happen to live outside the UK and are interested in our products, you can email support@tilesdeluxe.co.uk to receive a quote on the shipping cost to your country.
Unfortunately you cannot currently choose a specific time delivery slot, however we are working on allowing this feature in the near future.
When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are happy to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately.
