Having read the previous recent reviews I was slightly concerned about a small few placing orders and not getting it. Boy was I wrong to be worried. I placed my order on the 10th April and selected the delivery date of the 15th April. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed the team and also called them. I was assured it was out on the vehicle for delivery and within an hour of the call it was being delivered. Tiles look more expensive than what I paid, just need to get them on the floor and transform my tired kitchen.

Exactly the same tile at a cheaper price than a high street retailer. Delivered quickly with zero damages. Polished cement effect light grey tiles are beautiful.
Just a brilliant service in every way. This is how all online buying should be. Telephoned before placing my order and Asad was most helpful. He checked out my queries and put my mind at rest about quantities etc., The delivery was painless and the guys who brought the stuff were friendly helpful and efficient. Haven't opened the tiles yet as the job hasn't started bud have no doubt that if there is anything not quite right I will have no problems getting it sorted by the company.
First of all I ordered a sample tile - chose when I wanted it delivered - perfect. The next day I ordered the amount needed for the job - again chose when it suited me for them to be delivered. Delivery driver phoned 30mins before arriving. It was all so simple and straight forward. Would definitely use Tilesdeluxe again.
