The range of tiles and tiles is very good. I found the staff outstanding, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I couldn't fault the service. The tiles are good quality and the range is extensive. The prices are very competitive and there is something for every budget. In some instances prices are at least half the cost of other retailers. Very impressed.
I contacted the customer service team to help me with a query. They were very responsive and resolved my issue promptly, it was great service.
Samples really helped and speed of delivery was outstanding. Much better pricing on your site than availability for same product locally.

Really good prices, the tiles received are excellent, one was broken so we contacted customer service, the team got in contact straight away and a new one has been dispatched within less than an hour of contacting them so very please with the service. Only thing I would say is delivery is kerbside so I didn't realise this when ordering the tiles, our driver was really nice and delivered to our door but they might not all do this so have some strong people on hand if you don't live next to the kerb.
Free samples are a good size, and they arrived really quickly.
