We sent for samples, unsure of what to expect. They came on next day delivery, and were decent sized cut samples so we could actually see them properly!

Every question I asked was answered fully, knowledgeably and with courtesy. When the tiles I required were out of stock, this was dealt with by a member of staff taking personal control of my order and arranging delivery as soon as they came into stock, which was in advance of the expected date. I didn't have to make phone calls, check the website or worry about it at all. When I had a problem with some of the tiles, the company dealtt with this in a completely professional manner and rectified the situation with no fuss and to my complete satisfaction. My tiles are fantastic, the price was unbeatable and the customer service was outstanding. I am not in the habit of writing reviews but I have made an exception because I am so impressed by my experience with this company
