No problems with my order although it did turn up the day before I requested and the tiles were packaged really well.

The tiles came next day and the delivery driver called 45 minutes beforehand. I will definitely be ordering again.

Brilliant looking tile, better quality then loads of other brands I looked at and the cheapest .
They were really quick delivering sample, got back to me quickly after emailing them.
Liked the quick service and tiles were as expected. Unfortunately few tiles were damaged during the delivery by the Courier. The staff at Customer Services were very helpful and got replacement tiles to us very quickly.
